Just purchased two '95 701 waveraiders. Is there any need to be concerned about the oil pump on this yamaha model failing? If so what can be done?

I haven't heard of particular problems with these models.

Thank you Anna. That was my main concern. I hope that if the oil lines stay connected and free of air there will be no problems with oil supply.
