what is a fair price for 96 seadoo GTS, with new motor and batt. (canadian) . saw one in paper to-day for sell,with trailer.

starter not starting

...be if i give the starter a 'wrap' or 2 that will unstick the solenoid ? is there a solenoid ? its a 1984 motor in a 1976 hull.. thanks.....
